It has many other similar errors:
Cannot delete file: Access is denied.
There has been a sharing violation.
The source or destination file may be in use.
The file is in use by another program or user.
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.
You’ve checked and is very sure that all programs are closed, but you’re still unable to delete, rename or move the files/folders.
The ultimate solution to this problem is…The Unlocker!
1. Simply right click the folder or file and select Unlocker

2. If the folder or file is locked, a window listing of lockers will appear

Guy it did.
It enabled me uninstall one useless application wey dey my system.

All you have to do is search for the files folder in c:/ drive thats the hard disk, go to program folder.

Select the folder of the app.
Dont open it just highlight it,
then click ok.
It would display list of locked files.
Click unlock.
When its unlock.
Go back to your control panel in add or remove program to uninstall

Note: this is for only applications which you have tried uninstalling but doesnt want to go out.

SOMETIMES SUCH APPS COULD MAKE YOU WANT TO FORMAT YOUR SYSTEM CUZ IT WONT GO OUT, HOW BAD.

;D Now get them out.

thanx bro.
